We opened Mei Mei in Borough Market in 2019 to bring the true spirit of a Singaporean kopitiam to London, rooted in tradition, powered by bold flavours, and built for a modern city. Just as we were finding our rhythm and celebrating a glowing Financial Times review, the world stopped.
To survive, we created Mei Mei Goods, a range of sauces that kept our team together and our flavours alive. What began as a lifeline became a new chapter.
Now, Mei Mei Goods is leading a new era of Asian flavour. Our layering and stacking method makes it easy to cook restaurant-quality food at home. Start with a base such as Sweet Soy or Spicy Soy Sauce, add heat with Chilli Sauce, Hot Honey or Sambal, and finish with crunch from Black Bean Crunch or Crispy Chilli Oil.
Inspired by the energy of our Borough Market home, our sauces are confident, playful, and made to make every meal a little more extraordinary.
